Jim Kempner Fine Art specializes in contemporary art in all media, with a special emphasis on contemporary master prints. Our inventory appeals to both the established as well as the beginning collector. Formerly a private dealer, Jim Kempner opened his gallery, Jim Kempner Fine Art, at its present location in the heart of Chelsea in the fall of 1997. Designed by architects Smith & Thompson, the critically acclaimed modernist-inspired structure of glass and Cor-ten steel is included in a number of books about contemporary architecture, and has attracted attention from all over the world. Keith Haring, Isamu Noguchi, and Bernar Venet are among the artists whose work was exhibited in our outdoor sculpture garden, one of the few in New York.
